Itinerary
Day 1: Retreat House and cooking class
Stop At: Ong Lang Beach, Phu Quoc Island 920000 Vietnam
Right at the retreat House or ong lang beach we will have yoga class with Tibetan singing bowls
Duration: 2 hours
Stop At: Phu Quoc, Kien Giang, Vietnam
We visit the town and have lunch in town and explore local market and grab our ingredients hers for cooking class at retreat house
Duration: 4 hours
Stop At: Ông Lang beach, Phu Quoc, Kien Giang, Vietnam
Return to retreat House, we do cooking altogether. we have free time and talk right at the swimming pool outside your bungalow
Duration: 3 hours
Meals included:
• Breakfast: Fresh tropical fruits and bread are always ready for your breakfast.
• Dinner: it’s family time after hour prepare for your meals. Treat yourself well
• Lunch: we lead you to inviting and tasty place of local food in town
Accommodation included: You will get private bungalow if you are coming with your partner
Day 2: Retreat and outdoor Excursion
Stop At: Floating Village Rach Vem, 90 Tran Hung Dao street, Duong Dong, Phu Quoc Island 920000 Vietnam
We are lucky in dry season and you can see starfish right on your foots. Rach Vem is a fishing village about 12 km from the center. This is a day for your free time on the island
Duration: 3 hours
Stop At: Ông Lang beach, Phu Quoc, Kien Giang, Vietnam
Return back from fishing village, we have sound healing session in the evening right at the swimming pool after dinner
Duration: 1 hour
Meals included:
• Breakfast: Tell us more about your appetite, we can serve you much better
• Lunch: we have lunch at the fishing village. We take your inquiries about vegan, meat dishes
• Dinner: We go back to retreat house and have dinner here

Day 3: Buddhist pagodas
Stop At: An Thoi, An Thoi, Phu Quoc Island, Kien Giang Province
We will visit the biggest buddhist Pagoda on the island.
Duration: 2 hours
Stop At: Duong Dong, Duong Dong, Phu Quoc Island, Kien Giang Province
back to the down town, we enjoy free time in Night Market
Duration: 3 hours
Stop At: Ông Lang beach, Phu Quoc, Kien Giang, Vietnam
Yoga class and singing bowls session
Duration: 1 hour
Meals included:

• Lunch: Lunch is at Sao beach . The most beautiful beach in Phu Quoc
• Dinner: Enjoy your street food in night market

Day 4: Hill and Mountain view
Stop At: Tien Son Dinh, Ham Ninh, Phu Quoc Island 920000 Vietnam
the unique place for hiking on the island. It takes us 2 hours climbing up and down
