Airport pick up. Our staff will meet you outside the terminal with the signboard of our company and/or your name on it and leads you to the car.

When pick up from the hotel please wait in your hotel lobby at the pick-up time.

Present a conformed email or service voucher to our staff before landing. Otherwise, passport or I.D. with the same name as on booking. We reserve the rights not allow individuals on board with different names from the booking.

Be sure that you book departure time at least 1.5 hours after your estimate time of flight arrival, which will give you time to collect your checked baggage, obtain visa, pass immigration and clear customs. If you miss the booked transfer, your reservation is considered expired.
