Yoga Shack is located in an amazing location to disconnect from the busy world that we are living in. The classes are given at the Nguyen Shack Phong Nha Eco Resort.

We are welcoming International standard yoga teachers. At the moment we are hosting Anastasia, a yoga and meditation teacher from the U.K. Her life mission is to awaken individuals to their true self and help them create a life of mindfulness and expansion. She holds BA in Philosophy and MSc in Psychology which she draws upon to make yogic practice accessible and practical for everyone.

Her journey with yoga and meditation began in 2012 with an intensive study of Hindu and Buddhist spiritual philosophies; in 2017 she qualified as a yoga teacher with RYT Yoga Alliance. She holds a diploma in mindfulness and has been teaching meditation since 2015. She is also a practicing life coach, crystal healer and a Reiki master.

Itinerary

We offer a unique 1 hour experience of yoga or meditation with a beautiful view of the Vietnamese country side. You can choose the style that suits you best.

7am – Vinyasa Flow – Flow with the breath through a set of dynamic postures developing strength, stamina, and flexibility. Mostly suitable for advanced beginners and up.
10 am – Hatha – A traditional style of yoga focusing on mindful movements synchronized with the breath to develop body awareness, balance, and mastery. Suitable for all levels.
3pm – Meditation/Relaxation – A guided class that utilizes breathwork, meditation, visualization, and relaxation techniques to develop mindfulness, reduce stress, and improve emotional intelligence. Suitable for all levels.
5pm – Yin – A slow and gentle class that focuses on developing flexibility and releasing tension by holding the postures for longer periods of time. Suitable for all levels.
