Stop At: Nha Trang, Nha Trang, Khanh Hoa Province
Being a coastal city and the capital of Khanh Hoa province, Nha Trang is one of the most attractive destinations for international tourists to Vietnam, not only famous for its pristine beaches and scuba diving, but also for its culinary specialties.
After pickup at your hotel, your tour by cyclo begins, offering your six delicious street foods specific to Nha Trang.
First, try banh can, a type of mini pancake. Sitting around the warm fire of coal heater, watching a cook skillfully pouring flour into molds and then enjoying hot banh can on a windy day is an unforgettable experience for anyone when in Nha Trang.
Next up is bun cha ca, rice vermicelli with grilled fish. It’s the broth, made from boiled sailfish and mackerel bones, that gives this dish its special taste. Different from broth made of boiled fatty pork bones, bun cha ca broth is sweet and savory, especially suitable for people on a diet. A bowl of Nha Trang’s bun cha ca may also contain jellyfish and steamed sailfish.
