- The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions.

- Arrival transfer: After you have collected your luggage, please head to the exit gate where you will be met by our representative who will be holding a sign with the lead passengers name. Waiting time: maximum of 90 mins after your flight’s arrival.
- Departure transfer: We will pick you up from your Hotel lobby for the departure to the airport. Waiting time: maximum of 30 mins.
- You will be charged 100.000 VND/hour if your driver has to wait for more than allowed waiting time.
