Our driver will come to hotel lobby and show the sign board with clients name then picks them and their luggage to the car for transferring to the airport.
Meet your driver in your hotel lobby. We will be waiting for you with a company signboard bearing your name and will take care of your luggage. You can relax on the journey to the airport in our air-conditioned vehicle.
– It takes 45 minutes depending on traffic transfer by car from Hotel in Hoi An ancient town to Danang airport.
We would like to suggest the pickup time at the hotel for departure flight as below:
• With domestic flight: pick up 2.5 hours before flight time
• With International flight: pick up 3 hours before flight time
• Mid night surcharge will be required for arrival or departure from 22:00-07:00
* For clients convenient, we will arrange the car type base on pax range as below:
For 1 pax: 4 seats car (Toyota Vios or Similar)
For 2-3 pax: 7 seats car (Toyota Innova/ Fortuner or similar)
For 4 -8 pax: 16 seats van >> Mercedes sprinter or similar
Porterage of 1 piece standard size luggage and 1 piece cabin bag per person excluding Infants
Our driver has the right to refuse the ride IF pax / luggage exceed the limits for safe driving. Pax will be advised to reserve another vehicle by their own cost.
