Moreover, this will also tell you about the secret recipe of the traditional coffee. You will practice making it with the owner of our family restaurant. We can assure you all the ingredients will be easily found everywhere at any Asian markets in the world, so that you can cook at home without any difficulties. Please have a look at our itinerary as below:
After being picked up from your hotel, you will be transferred to one of the traditional markets of hoi an to buy ingredients. You will learn about the market life, and how the Vietnamese choose materials for their daily meals. After that, we continue our journey by jumping on a boat and head straight to our restaurant for the cooking lesson.
Last but not least, you will learn the secret recipe of making coffee with egg or coconut milk. This tours will offer not only a chance to learn how to cook but also an opportunity to indulge in the taste of the famous egg and coconut coffee which was invented by the vietnamese during the french colony due to the shortage of milk.
