Join our cooking class to explore the beauty of Vietnamese gastronomy!
Our cooking class starts with pick-up from Old Quarter of Hanoi (or Hanoi Opera House), you will be transferred to a local market near our cooking class, where our chef will show you around, explain the ingredients in Vietnamese cuisine and explore how to shop and choose the ingredients like a local.
After your trip at the market, it’s time to apron up and start’s learning!
Our cooking class provides all instructions and equipments needed to make 4 most iconic Vietnamese dishes. Our cooking instructors are all trained chefs in Vietnamese culinary schools with excellent English and several experiences in Vietnamese food industry.
And as the cooking is completed, you will sit down together and enjoy your own creations with other members in the class.
Within 01 day after the class finishes, a recipe book will be sent to your email so that you can practice cooking Vietnamese dishes in your own kitchen.
