After getting picked up, we will transfer to a local market to buy the main ingredients for the cooking class. It’s also time to learn the basics of Vietnamese shopping culture and Vietnamese ingredient using/mixing styles.
With the ingredients ready, let’s learn how to cook the 4 most iconic Vietnamese dishes. A professional cooking instructors will guide you through the cooking process, making sure you have a hands-on experience in our cooking class.
As the dishes are ready to be served, it’s time for you to enjoy the work of your labor (with our free beer and Vietnamese wine tasting).
