Itinerary
Itinerary:
Simply show up at 47C Ly Quoc Su street (opposite to inHanoi Old Quarter and meet our English – Speaking chef to get detail cooking class information. The class lasts 3 hours, starting with a local market tour.
The guide will bring you to a nearby traditional outdoor market and introduce you to the main ingredients in Vietnamese cuisine (Herbs and spices are important in all Asian dishes). You will also pick up some useful Vietnamese words for buying and bargaining the necessary ingredients yourself or anything else you shop for here in Vietnam.
Next, take you to our Maya Kitchen and learn the dishes’s histories, preparation methods and watch the guide’s full demonstration after which you cook the dish yourself and enjoy the delicious traditional Vietnamese results
