09.00/(15.00): Meeting the chef in the restaurant.
09.15/(15.15): Walking to the local market, and experience the daily life of the local people here, the hustle and bustle in the market, people trading, all the herbs, vegetables, meat, and seafood will brings you very close to the simple life in here.
10.00/(16.00): Back to the restaurant for a little rest, and enjoying tea.
Cooking methods and utensils will be placed properly on each table.

Step 1: Introduction
A brief introduction on Vietnamese food, ingredients, compliments, cooking utensils.
Step 2: Prepare to cook
Washing hands with clean towel, wearing apron and plastic gloves
Step 3: Cook and enjoy
You will prepare and cook by yourself under the instruction of the chef from the beginning to the end, The authentic magical sauce mixed from fish sauce, water, sugar, lime, chili, garlic and herbs are very easy to make.
