What to Expect When Visiting Hoàn Kiếm, Hà Nội, Vietnam

Itinerary
Day 1: Hanoi – Cat Ba island
Pass By: Hanoi, Hanoi
07:30 Pick up by bus from Hanoi to Cat Ba via Cat Ba’s car ferry, the tip goes up to the roof for stunning views of the island.
Pass By: Cat Ba, Cat Ba
12:30 Arrive at your hotel to be greeted with a traditional Vietnamese meal.
After lunch free time to explore Cat Ba’s beaches and nightlife.

Day 2: Lan Ha and Ha Long bay
Pass By: Lan Ha Bay, Cat Ba Vietnam
07:30 am enjoy breakfast while you wait for the bus to collect you.
8:30 – 9:00 am: You will be collected from your Cat Ba hotel by one of our experienced tour guides and travel by bus to Ben Beo harbor.
9:00 am: Board our beautiful boat and cruise north around Lan Ha Bay. The boat takes us through the Cai Beo fishing village, stopping at central of Lan Ha bay, jump on the water to swimming to a desert island to discover a hidden jungle where there are many smooth golden sand beaches.
11:00 am: Back to the boat and continue visiting hundreds of small islands and we continue north with a variety of shapes such as candles, toads, seals. There are hundreds of small sandy beaches on Lan Ha Bay which will see on the way north to Ha Long Bay.
12:00 pm: Get to the northeast of Lan Ha Bay, the boat lands at a floating house, then take a kayak through the rock arch tunnels cave, to hidden lagoons and discover the Dark – Bright cave (local name is Hang Ca).
13:00 pm: Back to the boat and enjoy a traditional Vietnamese buffet lunch (we have vegetarian options) on the boat with your guide. while the boat continues north to center Ha Long Bay, beautiful landscapes protected by UNESCO’s as a world heritage site. Then return to Tai Keo lagoon for swimming to a hidden lagoon or Bai Lut beach for swimming to a desert island depend on the tide.
15:00 pm: Keep moving south to Cat Dua Island. you can hiking to the top of the mountain for a panoramic view of Lan Ha Bay. Cat Dua Island is also an ideal place to swim in the clear blue water and white sand.
16:30 pm Leave Cat Dua Island and head back to enjoy the sunset. We then finish the journey with an after-tour party at one of Cat Ba’s best nightlife spots or if you’re feeling tired you will be dropped back to your hotel.
17:30 Free evening time to enjoy Cat Ba or simply sleep after a long day.

Day 3: Cat Ba national park
Pass By: Cat Ba National Park, Cat Ba Vietnam
Enjoy breakfast when you wake up.
09:00 Car pick you up and go to the national park, followed by the historical hospital cave excavated by China and the natural Trung Trang cave.
11:00 After exiting the Trung Trang cave we start do trekking to the top of Cat Ba national park to have a panoramic view to the whole of the national park.
13:00 Have lunch in a jungle restaurant. After lunch, we head to the north of the island to visit a hidden fishermen’s temple over a wooden bridge.
15:00 return to the hotel for a quick shower before saying our goodbyes and getting on the bus at 16:00 back to Hanoi.
