Firstly, We start at Chuoi nep nuong Vo Van Tan, Located in District 3, one of the city’s most unique districts, this vendor occupies a small street corner where a local family has been preparing a mixed Vietnamese-Cambodian dish called “Chuoi Nep Nuong” or “Banana Grilled with Sticky Rice” for over four decades.
Next, We’ll walk into the heart of district 3 and explore the old apartments has the name Nguyen Thien Thuat Apartment Buildings Area which is home to dozens of famous Vietnamese street food that will tempt your stomach. This is where you’ll have original Bun Bo Hue, a unique recipe that takes approximately 8-10 hours to craft a rich broth combined with beef slices, pork sausage, and vibrant onion and spicy coriander. This food-stop is owned by a local with over 25 years experience from Hue (central Vietnam)

Then, stroll along a street known for its barbecue seafood vendors and head to a local-favorite restaurant to taste the best “Bò Lá Lốt” (Beef in Wild Betel Leaves)
