What to Expect When Visiting Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, Vietnam
Explore the floating markets of the Mekong on a 2-day tour of mekong and Can Tho. You will interact with villagers and cycle along rural trails, as well as cruise the quiet channels of Can Tho by boat. Day 1: Ho Chi Minh – My Tho – Ben Tre – Can Tho ( BBQ Lunch )
8:00 am– 8:30 am : tour guide will pick you up at your hotel and start on journey to My Tho – Ben Tre
09:50 am : arrive in the first stop in My Tho, get some rest and free time for your personal activities about 15 minutes.
10:30 am: get on the cruise and begin for travelling in the river. The cruise will go along Tiền River and pass through 4 islands Long – Lân – Quy – Phụng
11:00 am: Arrive in Thai Son Island (Cù Lao Thới Sơn) you will walk down on the road to the village, visit the house of residents here, see orchards and enjoy Various kinds of fruite depending on the season.
11:45 am: Go canoeing, weave along through the small river and see rows of coconut palm.
12:30 pm: Return the cruise and have a lunch with steak dishes of Mekong.
13:00 pm: Go down Tiền River and come to Ben Tre, you will visit the place is producing coconut candy – a famous specialty of Ben Tre.
Afterward, you will get on the carriage, let’s continue with your tour on the way of Tân Thạch Commune to look again orchards and keep in mind a serene and simple life of people here.
14:50 pm: Return the Harbor then take car to Can Tho City.
17:00 Arrive in Can Tho city, check in at the luxury hotel 5* (Muong Thanh Hotel in Can Tho) You have free time and overnight at hotel. Leisure in the evening for wandering Tay Do night market, Ninh Kieu wharf or enjoy these delicious local dishes.
Day 2: Cai Rang Floating Market – Ho chi Minh
You will get up early at 5 am and drive to Ninh Kieu wharf. Tourist will have opportunity to see morning streets market with many products homemade such as fruits, vegetables, cake… which are sold on the way to the wharf.
After exploring the floating market, visitors will visit the place to see how local people make rice vermicelli noodle and the orchard garden.
At 08.00am: Having breakfast at the hotel then you have free time in bathing pool.
11h30am: Check out hotel and heading to Ho Chi Minh city.The tour ends at your hotel.
