Warmly welcomed by your private guide and driver, the day commences with heading straight out into the hectic traffic of Ho Chi Minh City. The morning starts with entering the Historic Museum, seen as the place to learn about how Vietnam evolved as a nation with character and culture.

Officially called the Reunification Palace, this museum is next on our agenda. The whole complex includes underground communications bunkers, the former headquarters for the Saigon Government during the American War.

Continue to visit the War Remnants Museum to see some wartime exhibits and graphic portrayal of the horrors of the war.

You will satisfy your curiosity at Binh Tay market, always as busy as a beehive, where traders offer almost anything under the Vietnamese sun to potential customers.

You will also visit the landmark Thien Hau Temple, dedicated to the Lady of the Sea, the powerful protector of fishermen. The temple is the spiritual centre for many of the of Chinese-descendant residents of Cho Lon.

In the late afternoon, your own guide and driver for the day will transfer you back to your hotel.
