Itinerary

Stop At: Bac Giang Province, Bac Giang Province
8.00 – 8.30: Pick up at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter and transfer to Hiep Hoa Village, Bac Giang Province.
9.30: Arrive a local’s family and warmly-welcomed by a host. You will be introduced by our tour guide about
the daily life, house’s architecture, the family tradition and the ancestor worship of Vietnam.
9.45: You’ll take a bike then cycle through small alleys to see daily life of villagers. Visit communal house,
pagoda, and temple.
10.30: Take part in Cake making. Our guide will teach you how to make “crispy rice cake (banh da).
12.00: Have lunch in local’s house with many dishes prepared by host.
13.15: Join in Kite making with the instruction of local people.
14.30: Become real farmer in in farming uniform carrying farming equipment to learn how to hoe soil, to
grow and water vegetables. You’ll get on water buffalo cart
16.00: You’ll have chance to fly your hand-made kite in the blue sky along the rice field.
17.00: Back to family then get changed clothes. You’ll say goodbye a peaceful village and leave for Hanoi.
