Our tour begins with a visit to a family-owned eatery that is renowned for its steam rolled cake, Banh cuon, which is considered by many to be the best in town. After that, we will make our way to a 45-year-old restaurant that specializes in Bun cha, a local dish featuring grilled pork with vermicelli noodles, as well as Banh goi, a type of pillow cake, and a variety of fresh and fried spring rolls.

After indulging in the local cuisine, we will meander through the charming streets of the old quarter, admiring the vibrant lanterns and decorative lights sold by the vendors.
