Day 5: HANOI – TRANG AN & HOA LU, NINH BINH
Stop At: Trang An Grottoes, H Hai Ba Trung district, Ninh Binh 100000 Vietnam
You will be picked up by your tour guide and driver at the hotel in Hanoi at 7.30 AM. The drive through the Red River Delta to Ninh Binh takes you about 2,5 hours. Upon arrival at Trang An boat operation station, you will get on a small sampan boat and enjoy 3 hour row on a little river which winds its way through many small limestone caves. This is a very interesting discovery! The scenery is spectacular as you are moving in between the sheer karst formations of this newly recognized Unesco’s heritage. After the row, your lunch is served at a local restaurant where you will enjoy a Vietnamese meal with the local specialties.
Hoa Lu was chosen as the capital of the nation in the tenth century. The heart of the ancient Vietnam surrounded by steep rock mountains lasted for 41 years before it was moved to Thang Long (Today Hanoi). Visiting the area, you are not able to view the royal palaces which is described amazingly in Vietnamese history but the interesting temples which were erected by the locals many years ago. This is where the locals pay homage to the country founders. Here, you will be told an interesting story about the royal family and the fortune of Hoa Lu ancient capital. This piece of Vietnam history will surely make your day more interesting.
About 3.30 PM, you will get back on your private vehicle and return to Hanoi. Overnight in Hanoi

Day 6: HANOI – HALONG BAY
Stop At: Halong Bay, Halong Bay, Quang Ninh Province
Note: Each cruise offers different itinerary, the following is just a brief for your refernece.
Today you will leave Hanoi and drive North-east (approx. 4 hours) to the well-known Halong Bay. Halong Bay is one of Vietnam’s most spectacular natural wonders and listed as a World Heritage site by UNESCO. Upon arrival at the pier, you will board a boat for exploring the bay, the views that you get while navigating past thousands of limestone islands with rocky outcrops are incredible. Lunch and dinner are served on board. The activities of today include a swim in the bay in warmer months. You may have chance to do some kayaking (Optional and extra cost may be invloved, depends on different boats) as well.

Day 7: HALONG BAY – HANOI – DEPARTURE
Stop At: Halong Bay Vietnam
This morning get up early this morning for some fresh-air on the open deck and join the Tai-chi class for some gentle moves if you wish. Otherwise, you are able to remain in your cabin until breakfast time. After breakfast, the crew will pull up the anchor, start the engine again for more cruising to other part of the bay. After visiting a big limestone cave, the boat is gently heading back to the pier. The early lunch (Brunch) will be served aboard. Around noon, you are ferried in and take about 4-hour drive to Noi Bai airport for taking the flight to flight home in the evening. End of service.
