Itinerary
Day 1: Hanoi – Yen Bai – Nghia Lo – Muong Lo valley – Mu Cang Chai. Homestay in Mu Cang Chai (L/D)
Pass By: Nghia Lo, Nghia Lo, Yen Bai Province
AM: Travel out Hanoi city with our guide and driver and then travel to Yen Bai province 160km.
Drive you to west of Hanoi following the national way – No.32 to Nghia Lo district of Yen Bai province. En route is the chance for you to see and admire beautiful scenery of Vietnam mountains. Reaching Nghia Lo is the time for you to have a sightseeing at Muong Lo valley where has the beautiful terrace fields. Also is the chance to meet Thai minority people in the valley , suspension bridges, etc to know more of local life. Have lunch at local restaurant
Pass By: Mu Cang Chai, Mu Cang Chai, Yen Bai Province
PM: Continue the trip to pass through Tu Le and Khau Pha Pass which gives you an amazing scenery of rice valley in the foot of mountain. Here is also one of the place to catch photo of Nghia Lo and terrace field.
The journey takes you to reach Mu Cang Chai more 43km to reach your homestay here.
Get sunset at Sang Nhu village where famous for horseshoe to enjoy its beauties which 2km from Mu Cang Chai centre.
Back and check in to the room and then you have time to go around the countryside and nature, visit local villages, experience daily life.
Have the special dinner with traditional dishes cooked by Thai professional chef.

Day 2: Discover terrace fields in Mu Cang Chai – Hanoi (B/L)
Pass By: La Pan Tan, Mu Cang Chai 320000 Vietnam
AM : How wonderful it is when get up at the mountain area with cool climate all year round
You will discover different villages in Mu Cang Chai at Cu Nha Rice Terrace Field of Hmong people.
And then reach Mam Xoi Hill and take motorbike 5km to reach Mam Xoi Hill where has the beautiful sight of terrace field.
And then visit as well as take photograph at Che Xu Phinh, La Phan Tan – it was recognized the national landscape of Vietnam in 2007 where have famous and nicest terraced fields in Mu Cang Chai District.
Have lunch at local foodstall.
PM: Leave Mu Cang Chai in the after and travel back Hanoi city. Once again you pass through Tu Le, Khau Pha Pass and Nghia Lo to get more view from the car or have time to stop again. You arrive in Hanoi late afternoon. Wish you a great journey to terrace field Mu Cang Chai with unforgettable time!
