Stop At: Bat Trang Ceramics Village, Bat Trang, Hanoi Vietnam
Today you will pick up from your hotel and transfer to the riverside village of Bat Trang. Regarded as a cradle of Vietnam culture, the Red River Delta is best known for its handicraft villages and traditional seasonal festivals.
At Bat Trang Village, you will learn how distinctive ceramics are made, and how they’ve been used throughout Vietnam for more than 500 years. The village is thriving as it has hundreds of kilns that are working day and night to create ceramic pottery for the country. Stroll around the quaint village visiting various cottage shops to see craftsmen forming, painting and glazing their products in traditional ways. You will then be transferred back to your hotel in Hanoi.
