This is one of the most famous caves located in Ha Long Bay. Sung Sot cave was found by the French in 1901, they discovered this cave and named it “La Grotte des Surprises” for its beauty and majesty in the cave. This cave is located at the foot of an imposing mountain, and to reach the other side of the island, tourists have to go on a boat passing under the mountain. Therefore, the cave is called “Luon Cave’.
