When picking up from the hotel please wait in your hotel lobby at the pick-up time.
Present a confirmed email or service voucher to our staff before landing. Otherwise, passport or I.D. with the same name as on booking. We reserve the rights not allow individuals on board with different names from the booking.

Be sure that you book departure time at least 1.5 hours after your estimated time of flight arrival, which will give you time to collect your checked baggage, obtain visa, pass immigration and clear customs. If you miss the booked transfer, your reservation is considered expired.
Each passenger is allowed to have 1 standard traveling bag with a maximum weight of 30 kg. and 1 personal bag which he can keep in the salon.
