Itinerary

Stop At: Cai Rang, Cai Rang, Mekong Delta
The best way to understand a country is to meet and that is the purpose of this tour. We will come to pick you up anywhere in around Can Tho and bring you to Thanh My village: one of the thousand villages build along the rivers as everywhere in the Mekong Delta. But with tour you will be immerse in the village and meet the local people in their daily life. The first stop will be at the homemade cement pottery to see how they make the most typical bonsai pot of all Vietnam. The second stop is at the Traditional Vietnamese Medicine clinic to learn more about the herbal medicine from the South of Vietnam. Then, you will go to the rice factory to see how to transform the rice from the plant to your plate. On the way back, you will stop at the pagoda of the village to learn more about bouddhisme and about the orphans living there. The last stop will be at the primary school to understand how school system is working in Vietnam and next door to the school we can see the workshop of the village’s blacksmith and if you are lucky he will be there doing a new tool for a customer.
