Mont St. Michel, or “The Wonder of the West”, is one of France’s top attractions and the most popular destination in Normandy. Our day-trip transports you to this UNESCO World Heritage Site on a comfortable coach ride from Paris, taking in the landscapes of Normandy along the way. As you approach this unique island, you’ll catch your first glimpse of its famous 10th-century gothic abbey. You’ll have four hours to lunch and explore at your leisure, with your multi-language audio guide if option selected. Wander through the village and its steep streets, visit the abbey with its medieval architecture, hunt out picture-postcard views across the Atlantic, and watch as the tide rises around the island. Don’t forget to taste local, seasonal products in the traditional décor of one of the many eateries. The island is yours to enjoy at your own pace, before you return to Paris by coach.

You will be transferred to and from the port from your hotel in Sharm el Sheikh. From there, take a boat to the White Island, which is part of the Ras Mohammed National Park. The island is nicknamed the "Invisible Island" because it is exposed to the tides and cannot be seen at high tide. During the boat trip you have the opportunity to do one or two snorkeling trips in the Ras Mohammed National Park. Marvel at the colorful underwater world with its diverse fish and corals. You will receive a delicious lunch on board, soft drinks are also included in the price. Upon arrival at the port, you will be driven back to your hotel by air-conditioned transfer bus.

The Hopewell Rocks are located along the Bay of Fundy and are home of the highest tides in the world. An iconic and popular place for ocean tidal exploration, it offers a unique natural experience of both high and low tides. Enjoy the multi-media exhibit, scenic walking trails, informative walking tours and lookouts.   Walk on the ocean floor with towering rock formations that have been carved by the weather and the powerful incoming waters over decades. You’ll want to visit the Hopewell Rocks during both high tide and low tide so you can truly appreciate the height and range of the highest tides in the world.  Nearby are Fundy National Park, Cape Enrage, Mary’s Point Bird Sanctuary, Covered bridges, artisan shops, crafters, museums, quiet beaches, lighthouses, waterfalls, biking and hiking trails and more. The mangrove forest is one of the most vital and astounding ecosystems in the world. Damas Island, located just 10 minutes from Manuel Antonio is currently one of the most important remaining mangroves in Costa Rica. Covering thousands of acres of protected forest, this amazing biodiversity is home to a large number of birds, reptiles, mammals and insects.

During each low tide, the Desaru Coast becomes alive with a myriad of interesting and secretive creatures. A hidden world often visited by the curious among us but seldom understood. Many interesting creatures that have been patiently waiting out the high tide appear during low tide to feed and interact. Discover a world of marine science and one of the best snorkeling spots in the Hilo region at this family-friendly beach park. The only black-sand beach in the Hilo region provides relaxed swimming, sheltered rock pools for beautiful snorkeling and excellent surfing. Lava from Mauna Kea has formed a natural seawall at Richardson Ocean Park, making it a sheltered beach that is perfect snorkeling with giant sea turtles, monk seals and abundant sea life. Rock pools that fill at high tide make for shallow, detached swimming holes at low tide. Snorkel in the pools, without the stress of swell or currents.
