Wear outdoor clothes according to the weather: quick-dry hiking pants/shorts, thermal top, a rain jacket and sandals (shoes you don’t mind getting wet). If you wear prescription glasses we also recommend using a strap.

The Sema ceremony represents a mystical journey of man's spiritual ascent through love, finding the truth and reaching "Perfect". Keeping his arms crossed at the beginning and at every stage of the Sema, he represents the number one and bears witness to the oneness of Allah.

The sea of the Cinque Terre without crowds or stress, with the breeze in your hair and the sun shining on the water. It is the funniest, most comfortable and fastest way to admire the splendid Gulf of La Spezia, visit the hamlets of the villages, swim in crystal clear waters. We will pass through the three islands, Palmaria, Tino and Tinetto which are still uncontaminated places, until we reach the romantic Portovenere. Here you can go ashore to visit the city and the famous church of San Pietro or stay on the boat and immerse yourself in the turquoise waters. Continuing the tour, we will have time to approach the Byron cave and swim in splendid hidden coves or under the natural Canneto waterfall. We will skirt the 5 villages (Riomaggiore, Manarola, Corniglia, Vernazza, Monterosso), you will have time to take pictures, listen to interesting stories provided by your Captain and take another dive. There is also the possibility to go ashore and visit the villages of Vernazza or Monterosso.

The activity combines physical training, immersion in nature, discovery of the city of Mantua and relaxation. Parco del Mincio is a magical place that changes every season. The B & BCasanonni is the starting point located where the Mincio opens into Lake Superior, creating a unique habitat that hosts a very rich biodiversity protected by the Ansa e Valli del Mincio Nature Reserve. In particular we will observe the ISLAND OF THE RED HERONS. The habitat that will be observed is unique starting from the approach and immersion of the lotus flowers, skirting the island of the purple herons or also called heronry, then approaching wooded shores. Focus of interest: description of the humid environment, lotus flower characteristics, other aquatic plant species of interest, close-up observation of a heronry of red herons with the possibility of seeing the nests built on the gray willow islands or on the reeds.

Start your day as you hike across the 2 mile Arenal Hanging Bridges and see the jungle from high above the forest. Your naturalist guide will teach you about Costa Rican culture, history, while you experience what we like to call "nature therapy." You'll love our fresh, amazing meal in one of La Fortuna's secret hangout at El Salto waterfall park. Finish the day at the stunning La Fortuna Waterfall. This is sure to be a good workout as there are 500 steps to get to the down and get back up!
