Legendary for it's beauty, 17-mile Drive meanders up and down the hills of Pebble Beach, past amazing mansions and it's famous golf courses.  We wind our way along the rugged coastline and through thick cypress groves, stopping at all the amazing viewpoints.  Our local guides share their knowledge of the area's unique ocean wildlife and iconic landmarks…the Lone Cypress, Point Pinos Lighthouse, Lover's Point, Asilomar Beach. 16 mi. round trip, approx 3 hrs.  Min. height 4'10"; Max. weight 350lb. Alternating between separated bike lanes & road shared with vehicles (25 mph speed limit), we recommend "youth" riders be ages 14+ to ride solo.  Parents may book a bike for ages 12+ if their child is experienced enough to ride on a 25 mph road shared with vehicles.  The "child" rate is for children between 40 lb. & 120 lb. riding tandem with a parent on a cargo e-bike.

This is a private day trip in a luxury vehicle to Monterey, Carmel, and Pebble Beach etc for your own party of one to six people. You go to places of your interest in that area at your own pace, spending the time you want, starting at 4 hours and being able to add extra hours for Big Sur and the Redwoods. With a chauffeur-driven car, there is no worry about which roads to take or spending time looking for suitable parking. 

The bus will pick you up promptly from your assigned location and take you to Sfakia which is located in southern Chania. From there you will enter the boat that will take you to Glyka Nera. Glyka Nera it's one the most beautiful beaches in Crete. Its name stems from the fresh water spring that bubbles up amongst the pebbles. It is a spectacular beach with crystal clear turquoise water and rugger cliffs. Here you will have 2 hours free time. You then board the boat which will take you to Loutro. Loutro is amphitheatrically built above the bay where you can soak up the beautiful surroundings. Here you will have 3 hours of free time to eat in one of the many exceptional restaurants or take a swim and relax along the beachside. The last stop is in Sfakia where you will have free time to explore the charming seaside village. Sfakia is surrounded by untamed landscapes which makes it the perfect end to this exciting excursion. Our bus will be waiting to take you back to Rethymno.

Just after Bird Rock, in Pebble Beach, the bike lane cuts inland at the Spyglass Hill golf course, ending at the Pebble Beach Lodge. This is a great turnaround point for many…..after getting lunch or coffee and gelato at the Pebble Beach Market. If you are okay on a road shared with cars, then you can continue back on 17 Mile Drive along the ocean past the Ghost Trees and the Lone Cypress. More advanced cyclists can also explore further on 17 Mile Drive to Carmel!
