This trekking is also highly recommended as it is a pre-training to make ascents to our mountains above 6000m.a.s.l.

Pick up in the morning and 50min. roar to Rui Vaz village for hiking. Located in the middle of the island, hiking to Pico da Antonia can be challenging but worth it when you get on top. with a magnificent view, it offers you an exceptional panorama on the island, Pico de Antonia is the highest point on Santiago Island with 1394 meters of altitude. There you feel like you're at the end of the world touching the sky. From there, it is possible to see the whole island, and in a clear day you can see Fogo and Maio island.

Our 18-day Mera Peak Climbing shall commence from Lukla, which is a short 30 min wonderful flight from Kathmandu. The trekking route shall follow a direct path to Mera Peak. One of the main highlights of our trek is the availability of rich Sherpa culture and heritage with the discovery and sighting of the extravagant landscapes on the edge of the Khumbu region; rarely and seldom visited by other tourists. This is a teahouse trek with camping only during the climb. One of the main reasons people climb Mera Peak is for the magnificent summit views of the over-8000-meter-mountains such as Mt. Everest, 8848m, Mt. Lhotse, 8516m, Mt. Cho Oyu, 8201m, Mt. Makalu, 8463m, and Mt. In July 2024, a massive wildfire ripped through Jasper National Park, ravaging over 33,000 hectares of land. A year later, the 55-million-year-old land, without its canopy of leaves, reveals recovering flora, returning wildlife and a healthy future. On Wildfire Peak-Nic, you will be hiking 4 KM through the severely impacted site of the Complex Wildfire to one of Jasper’s prominent peaks. As your guide leads you through new growth forest emerging from the ash, you will learn to identify various species of plants, wildflowers and mushrooms, learn about history, geology, forestry, wildfires and observe wildlife from a safe distance. Once at the peak, you will take in 360-degree views of the different yet stunning vistas for miles and learn about the roles and benefits of a wildfire over a hot lunch with your guide. Peak Wilderness sanctuary is a tropical rain forest that spreads over a land of 224 square kilometers around the Sri Paada (Adam's Peak) mountain & is the third largest of the 50 sanctuaries in the country. Your route will be via Hatton (Hatton – Nallathanniya) and to climb down via Murray estate, which borders the peak wilderness sanctuary. It is one of the best hideouts in Sri Lanka which surrounds evergreen forests on the edge of the reserve. waking up in the middle of the night to trek is worthwhile and the sunrise is nothing short of spectacular.

Lupanga peak located in Uluguru north, east-south of Morogoro town at 2138m above sea level. The trail is steep, which starts at the end of Forest Hill Road, at Kibwe village passing through farmland and into the nature reserve along a ridge up to the peak. On a clear day, there are good views towards the eastern side of the Uluguru, also there is a Germany tower built at the peak which is used for viewing distant places. A walk to the peak may be dangerous in the wet season. It is recommended to use a local tour guide. On the way you can be able to see birds like Livingston Turaco, Silvery cheeked Hornbills and others. The peak is located in the Uluguru Mountain.

A private car will pick you up at ~3AM from your hotel. After a 2h30 drive, you will reach the trailhead in Punta Olimpica. At the first sunrise lights, you will start hiking with our certified mountain guide for 1h on steep moraine rocks, then 1h30 on glacier with crampons and safety rope. You will finally summit the Mateo glacier at 5150m shortly after sunrise!! After enjoying the peak, you will descend for ~1h30 and drive back to Huaraz, arriving around 12AM-1PM.
