It offers us easy walking from Cota 2000 to Babele or The Biddies, rock formations carved by nature. Nearby we take pictures with the well known "Sphynx" and we find out that the inner energy of the mountain is searched by lots of hikers – Ciucat Mnt – Starting the hike from a high point, the nearby road passes at 1135m alt. we continue to hike towards the peak along the ridge line. – Fagaras Mnt – there are a few good options for day hikes around Balea lake with stunning views. – a gentle hill walk over the rolling hills around Bran Castle

From Morogoro the most popular route is to Morningside, an old German mountain hut to the south of town at about 1000m (about two to three hours on foot). The first part of the hike offers outstanding views of Praiano, Positano, Li Galli islets and Capri's island. Along the trail, elm and oak trees provide shade with hints of myrtle and juniper in the air. The path continues crossing wild precipices full of caves and small vineyards. Your day trip begins with a hotel pick at either Moshi or Arusha then jump in for a relaxing drive to Marangu gate for registration with the authorities before you begin your long-awaited hike. This route approaches the mountain from the southeast part. Our main task for the day is to make sure we reach Mandara Hut, the first point of a full hike. We will only trek through the lower attitudes, taking our picnic lunch en route to Mandara Hut. Once we are at Mandara Hut, we will rest for approximately 30 to 45 minutes before we begin our slow descent back to the Main Gate. Our driver will be waiting for you to drive you back to your hotel with relaxing music and cold or warm Kilimanjaro beer to take away the tiredness. Not only should you climb it but drink it too. Please bring your own nondisposable water bottle.

Cradle Mountain is always a rewarding Tasmanian photography tour. Highlights of this 3 day workshop include two sunsets and two sunrises at Dove Lake; wildlife, including Tasmanian Devils up close at the Devils@Cradle park. You will also shoot rustic mountain huts including Waldheim Chalet and the picture perfect boat shed on Dove Lake. There are many beautiful rivers and waterfalls deep in the myrtle and king billy rainforest, and you will spend your days immersed in this ancient environment. If conditions allow we will do a night session at Dove Lake. Additionally, the stunning Liffey Falls is an optional inclusion on the way to or from Cradle Mountain.
