We are a riad, the old moroccan familiar home in the medina. Walking inside a riad it's like a flashback in the moroccan tradition. Thanks to our cooking experience our guests will go the traditional Mellah cover market where we will buy all the ingredients for our cooking lesson and like in a traditional moroccan family we will cook together with our chef Aicha and they will discover the secrets of moroccan kitchen and culture. After we will go to visit BAHIA PALACE. This is a masterpiece of Moroccan architecture.It was built in the 19 century by Ba Ahmad,vizier during the reign of Hassan 1 of the Alaouite Dyanasty.The vizier was living here with his four wives and 24 concubines. it is lavishly decorated with Cedar wood ceilings,carved plaster,Moroccan traditional tilling and Marbel.
