Kayak Adventure

We’ll take a kayak adventure to beautiful Comino – exploring caves, crystal waters, gorgeous bays, beaches or rock formations (weather dependent)! This experience is a half-day guided tour (10am – 1pm or 2:30pm-5:30pm) from Gozo to Comino. We'll either head clockwise past Santa Marija towards the Blue Lagoon or the reverse route. You will see amazing caves, bays and rock formations. Please understand that all tours are weather-dependent and not all areas/routes may be accessible. This tour is for beginners and experienced kayakers. The tour has 2.5 hours of kayaking and includes 30 min break. In the break, you can swim, relax and explore on land! If needed, the guide will teach you the basics and make sure you feel comfortable! This is an active adventure, so a basic level of fitness and swimming ability required. The journey begins with a short length of open sea kayaking before entering the mangroves. While making our way to our kayaking location, learn about life in Seward, both past and present, from your driver-guide, who will narrate as we make our way through town. As we leave the paved streets of Seward, we’ll travel along the shoreline of Resurrection Bay on the gravel surface of Lowell Road. We’ll view turquoise blue waters and beautiful mountain vistas while we travel comfortably by van to our private beach. Upon reaching our launch location, you’ll meet your kayaking guides for a quick briefing before heading out onto the water. It’s common to encounter sea otters, harbor seals, bald eagles and leaping salmon as we kayak.
