This tour is a chance to explore as much of Scotland as you can in a single day. Departing from Edinburgh as part of group of no more than 16 travellers, you will travel in comfort as your expert driver-guide will entertain you with stories from Scottish History and Mythology. The small size of the group on tour will give you plenty of time and space to explore some of the highlights of the Scottish Highlands, including an optional boat cruise on Loch Ness, and a chance to admire the dramatic landscapes of Glencoe.

This is a relaxing day out in a modern luxury van type vehicle with collection from Inverness/Aviemore areas including Airports and Rail Stations thereafter take a chilled drive down to the Speyside area and drive around the distilleries of your choice taking tastings of Whisky at your own pace. Lunch at your own discretion but can be factored in at choice of nice venues . Full Distillery tours may also be factored in subject to availability. We offer a private tour to the heart of whisky country. Visit any Whisky Distilleries you want (we can normally visit 2/3 depending on opening times/length of tasting tour) and an example is in the Tour Details itinerary. All subject to availability and all require advance booking. In each distillery you will learn the secrets of how Scotland's most famous drink is crafted and then have the opportunity to sample the beautiful offerings. We can recommend which distilleries to visit if required, but wherever we take you, you know you can sit back and relax and let us do the driving. Some of the most popular are Macallan, Glenfiddich, Glenlivet, Aberlour, Glenfarclas, Ballindalloch and Glenallachie. The malt whisky trail tour of Speyside is a fascinating journey through this famous whisky-producing area of Scotland. A gem of a tour for both those with an interest in whisky and those who wish to learn. The tour will commence in Grantown-on-Spey through romantic, stunning Scottish scenery. Each distillery and whisky is unique and their story from the source of the water through production and storage is fascinating. Marvel at the coopers constructing the wooden whisky barrels by hand and sample a range of local Speyside malt whiskies. Due to the gradual reopening of visitor attractions, some of the venues, opening times and days available may be subject to change. Pre-booking will be essential in the majority of cases. Each distillery has more than one unique tour or tasting session. Prices vary and in current circumstances not all may be available. This full day Private Speyside Whisky Tour includes a Distillery Tour with tastings and tasting flights at another 2 Distilleries. You will Have a Distillery Tour at either Glenfiddich Distillery , Glenlivet Distillery or Glenfarclas Distillery depending on the availability when you make your booking , at the end of the tour you will recieve tutored tastings of their single malts. Included in your tour price is also tutored tastings at another 2 Distilleries of flights of 3 drams. You can choose 2 from the following Distilleries. This is an excellent 3 day tour taking you from Edinburgh through the Highlands to Speyside and over the course of your 3 day tour you will visit 3 Highland Distilleries and 6 Speyside Distilleries including the 3 of the largest and most well known , The Macallan , Glenfiddich and Glenlivet as well as some smaller lesser known Distilleries such as Aberfeldy and Glenallachie. Included in your tour are tastings of at least 27 single malts during the 3 days of your tour. We also take you to visit The Speyside Cooperage where you can see first hand the Coopers working on the casks.
