The road winds through traditional villages and valleys, offering views of Savin Kuk, one of Durmitor’s most striking peaks. Continue through dense black pine forests and pass Žabljak — the highest town in the Balkans, known as the heart of mountain tourism in Montenegro. Soon, you'll reach the stunning Black Lake, affectionately called the “Eyes of Montenegro.” Enjoy a peaceful lakeside walk or breathe in the crisp mountain air. Then visit Đurđevića Tara Bridge, an engineering marvel above the turquoise Tara River, the “Tear of Europe.” For adventure lovers, an optional zip-line ride (not included) offers unforgettable canyon views. End at Splavište, the serene starting point of many rafting tours, surrounded by untouched nature. Drive back.

Durmitor ring is a circular road around Durmitor Mountain, which extends 85 km over Tara and Piva plateau. It goes along with peaks which rise above 2 000 m, high mountain passages (Sedlo 1 907 m, Stuoc 1 950 m), through the canyon of the Susica River, town Žabljak, Montenegro's mountain tourism center, located at a height of 1450 m, the highest urban settlement in the Balkans, and authentic villages, where the lifestyle is almost unchanged for hundreds of years.

Excursion " Canyons of Montenegro" is very interesting, because you will see a big part of Montenegro. Departure is from Budva, and along the way, you will see Skadar lake, the capital city of Montenegro-Podgorica and after Podgorica is break for breakfast. The road takes us through the canyon Moraca(1200m), and there will be a few photo breaks. Next stop is monastery Moraca(XIII) century(40min). We will continue to Biogradska gora, national park and visit Biograd lake(40min). After that we will have lunch break. Afterwards we are moving to Tara River Canyon(1333m), the deepest canyon in Europe and the second deepest canyon in the world after Colorado canyon in America. Next you can see the unique Durdevica Tara bridge, the tallest bridge in Balkan(160m), pause(30min). Next you will visit national park and mountain Durmitor and Black lake(60min). Return to Budva at 21:00h. Recommendation: for the monastery visit it is reguired to cover shoulders and knees.

Durmitor National park is the most famous protected natural area in Montenegro and together with Tara canyon part of the UNESCO natural heritage. On our way across the mountain massif we will enjoy spectacular views, explore geological miracles of Durmitor mountain, taste local food, visit katuns ,summer cattlemen villages,and meet sheperds way of life, and in the end we will visit the pearl of the national park- famous Black lake. During the whole tour we will be far away from the crowd, surrounded with mountains, rivers and canyons, with local people honored to welcome us in traditional way.

In this tour we will visit one of the most distant villages in Montenegro- Mala Crna Gora, the village at the highest altitude in Montenegro, which is largely snowed most of the year. Then we descend into the canyon Sušica, where is Sušica lake, and there is also a mountain lodge. We continue the trip by jeeps to the village Nedajno and then over Piva mountain continue to the village Trsa. So, we'll make the ring around Durmitor, and on this occasion we will enjoy the view of the Valovito, Modro and Pošćensko lake. We'll also enjoy in the view of Prutaš, which is one of the highest peaks of Montenegro, whose conquest is a real pleasure (2 393 m). Also, we'll see Bobotov kuk, the highest peak of Durmitor, at 2 523 m. We must take pictures of that beautiful scenes. Over Sedlo we descend on Jezerska plateau and the ski center Savin kuk. After that we are coming to Zabljak. Of course in lunch time we are gonna enjoy in the taste of national cuisine.

Lovćen is located in the southwestern part of the country and extends to the Adriatic Sea. On the mountain there is the National Park Lovćen. The most imposing monument of the National Park Lovćen is Njegoš’s mausoleum. On Lovćen there are 1158 plant species, of which there are 4 endemic species. Lovćen is a holy place that every Montenegrin or their guest experiences as a holy. Something like Olympus is for old Greeks. Kurt Hasert, the German geographer, wrote: “The whole of Montenegro lay in front of us like on some relief map.
