If you want to see the more active pandas with less crowds, you can choose the option 1 to visit Dujiangyan panda base and irrigation park as a day tour. However, if you have already seen the pandas before and you like hiking in the nature, please choose the option 2 to visit the UNESCO's natural and cultural heritage-Mt. Qingcheng and Dujiangyan irrigation system. Furthermore, if you only need a private transfer to those attractions, please select the option 3 and 4

The Dujiangyan Irrigation System is originally constructed around 256BC by the State of Qin as an irrigation and flood control project, it is still in use today. The system’s infrastructure is on the Min River,the longest tributary of the Yangtze. The area is in the west part of the Chengdu Plain, at the confluence between the Sichuan basin and the Tibetan plateau.The Dujiangyan, the Zhengguo Canal in Shaanxi and the Lingqu Canal in Guangxi are collectively known as the "three great hydraulic engineering projects of the Qin." Mount Qingcheng is a mountain in Dujiangyan, Sichuan, China. It is considered one of the birthplaces of Taoism and one of most important Taoist centres in China. It is home to Dujiangyan Giant Panda Center and is a UNESCO World Heritage site.At a height of only 1,260 meters (4,133 feet), Mount Qingcheng is one of the best day trekking options surrounding Chengdu.

Looking for a place to have a pleasant night? This tour started at an authentic local Sichuan food restaurant, amazing and various food there on menu and you order it. We would recommend you to free yourself and try hot, but your guide will also help you to know that Sichuan food is more than just spicy. After dinner we will take you cross old bridges which are lit in colors, wander through several old streets, climb up the old wall and discover the ancient city gate. 7：00-8:40 Pick up and go to Dujiangyan Panda Base 8:40-9:00 Complete registration procedure; put on the work suit and gloves, wear the volunteer pass card. 9:00-10:00 Start to clean the cages and enclosure ,as well as cracking bamboos,carry out the leftovers, etc. 10:00-11:00 Walk around other panda enclosures to see the adorable black and white animals 11:00-11:30 Feed the panda with bamboo or other food, like carrot, panda cake and apple. 11:30-13:00 Lunch break 13:00-14:00 Watch a panda documentary to learn more about the scientific facts and the life of panda. 14:00-15:00 Clean cages and feed pandas again 15:00-15:30  Make panda cakes and be issued the certificate of panda volunteer 15:30-17:00 Drive back to downtown Chengdu Pls notice that this is a rough schedule for the day tour, it may be affected by the panda’s conditions.

Dujianyan Panda Base is one of the few bases offer panda volunteer program in China. The full day program include panda food making and features of documentary video of releasing panda to the wildness. Accompanied by a professional panda expert who will introduce you the topics of the panda discovery, the history of panda in China, the classification, and panda conservation. Dujiangyan Panda Base is dedicated to the study of disease control and rescue of wild pandas where you will contribute to the conservation of endangered panda bears! ***Starting from April 25, 2024, panda volunteers will not be allowed to enter the panda enclosure, and the arrangement of clean the panda enclosures & collect panda poop will be canceled. ***Any activities missed due to being late will not be rescheduled, and guests will bear the consequences.

Mt.Qingcheng as one of the birthplaces of Chinese Taoism, Taoist mountains. Located in Dujiangyan City, Sichuan Province, southwest, called as "wife's father mountain", 68 km west of Chengdu, is 10 kilometers southwest of Dujiangyan Irrigation Project. Main peak is 1600 meters above sea level and old Xiao roof. Mountains in Sichuan, with the risk Jianmen, Emei the show, Kuimen the male par, the "quiet Qingcheng world" reputation. Qingcheng Mountain is a famous historical mountain and national key scenic spots, and in 2000 together with the Dujiangyan World Heritage listed as a World Heritage List.

Ensure you get a wonderful private Panda Keeper experience, we make Wolong or Dujiangyan two breeding centers be optional according to the tourist congestion. You will experience Panda keeper's daily job such as:  prepare fresh bamboo, clean the panda dorms, feed the panda, make panda cakes ……Your will have your lunch as same as a local professional keeper staff before afternoon work.  Panda Breeding Center also offers very rare opportunity to hold the baby panda in your arms.(the cost is on your own) All entrance tickets, uniform, program cost, buffet lunch, private English-speaking guide and driver, whole day transfer service are all included in this 8-hour tour. Early in the morning our driver and guide will pick you up at your hotel. You will drive about 1.5 hours to Dujiangyan Panda Base.
