You will be greeted with a refreshing rhum punch upon arrival at this gorgeous landmark building located directly on the Caribbean’s largest Lagoon, which stunningly accommodates Topper’s Rhum distillery and its restaurant, bar, gelateria, and gift shop. A knowledgeable and entertaining guide will give you a hands-on tour where you will learn a little history of rum and get a behind-the-scenes look at how they ferment, distill, blend, age, and expertly bottle their handcrafted rums and ensure their products meet the highest quality standards. You will learn how to nose and taste rhum. You will be treated to over 20 samples of their 100 different flavored rhums, rum cake, and rum-infused Italian gelato, and cook and taste food prepared with Topper’s Rhum. As St. Maarten’s official rum, Topper’s has been named USA Today’s Best Caribbean Rum Distillery for four years and has won over thirty prestigious tasting medals. Taste your way through Nashville’s beer and spirits scene! This cart tour is the best way to visit some of Nashville’s top breweries and/or distilleries. Sit back and relax with your friends while we take you up to four Nashville breweries and/or distilleries. Your friendly and knowledgeable tour guide takes you to the best spots in the city to enjoy a cold drink. Occasionally, you may even get the opportunity to meet the people behind the beers or spirits, learn how they make them, and sample the result. While cruising from one location to another, you may get to see great murals around the city and may even learn something about Nashville that you didn’t know before. Start off with a Welcome Water & a tasting of our ROXOR Artisan Vodka, Gin & Bourbon. See and smell the real plants used to make these artisan products in our tasting lounge, that features a Steinway Grand Piano and Contemporary Art of JM Rizzi. Next, let's relax and enjoy a Singature Cocktail. Then head back to the stills and see how these products are made. Not finished yet, as it's back to the lounge for another signature cocktail. Korean alcohol is a lot more than just a green bottle of soju, which is diluted ethanol with artificial sweetener. Broadly, Korean alcohols are divided into Tak-ju (unfiltered rice wine), Cheong-ju (filtered clear rice wine) and So-ju (distilled spirit). Here, we will focus on our specialty, soju, but we can also taste other types too. Samhae soju was a beloved choice of spirit among the noble class of Joseon dynasty(1392~1894). This luxurious alcohol had caused cult following, but the making was so resource(rice)-heavy that production had to stop during famines. The current master, Hyeonjong Kim had learned and practiced for more than 10 years under master Taeksang Kim who had inherited and kept the recipe in the family.
