You will cook 3 Peruvian courses and 2 cocktails. Our Peruvian Cooking, cocktails and market tour starts at San Pedro Market (door number 1), with a visit to this historical market. We will try some of the most exotic fruits of Peru ( super foods) After that, we will walk to our bar studio, a traditional house from 1930. We start our experience preparing the most delicious cocktails with fresh fruits (bought in the local market we visited) and Pisco. You will cook: peruvian tamal (quinoa), cebiche and causa limeña. Our class is full hands on and you will take part in all the preparation. After the class we will also send you the recepies, so then you can enjoy it with your family and friends. Visit the magical site of Machu Picchu on a personalized services, only for you, you dont need to rush, take your time on your visit (circuit 1, 2 or 3 up the availability). always will try to save the circuit 2 if we have chance. Itinerary – AM pick up from the Hotel and transfer to the train station in Ollantaytambo (1 hour and 30 min ride) – AM we will board the train to go to Machu Picchu town – Once you arrive to Machu Picchu town, your guide will be waiting for you then you will walk 5 min to the bus station where we take the bus up to Machu picchu archeological site with a 25-minute ride. – Upon your arrival, you will participate in a guided tour of the Citadel, approximately 3 hours. -At a safe time we will take the bus back to the town of Aguas Calientes. -PM in the afternoon we will board the train to return to Ollantaytambo – Where our transportation will be waiting for you to bring you back to Cusco Hotel

Join Diego in his outdoor kitchen where he will show you how to make classic Peruvian dishes like ceviche (fresh fish cured in citrus juice), lomo saltado (marinated beef sirloin, sautéed with onions, peppers and fried potatoes), tacu tacu (rice and roasted beans), papa la huancaína (potatoes with a spicy, savory sauce), causa rellena (potato puree garnished with yellow aji sauces and lemon, stuffed with onion, avocado and tuna) or arroz chaufa (sautéed rice with green onions and sesame seeds, a chifa (Chinese-Peruvian) dish). You will learn how to properly cut the fish for the ceviche and how to carefully balance the flavors, and he will teach you some of his favorite cooking tricks.  Diego can demonstrate how to cook the dishes, or you can have a hands-on lesson.
