Learn the art of making chocolate. A professional Chocolatier will walk you through a brief history of chocolate, explain the art of tempering chocolate and demonstrate hand tempering on a cold marble. Each guest will visit the second floor of the candy mansion to choose toppings for their chocolate bars from hundreds of candy and chocolate bins. Once bars are done guests will demold them and leave with three milk chocolate bars per person,

Hand-pulled candy is close to a lost art these days. Sweet Pete's provides one of the coolest candy-making experiences in the country. Guests will pull their own taffy after choosing a flavor and color. Exciting and unique family fun to be had. The art of chocolate tempering is not something many people can say they've tried! This class leaves the machines behind and YOU work with the chocolate. Guests will get to experience a tempering demonstration and learn about different types of chocolate Guests will then head to our second floor to pick out the most delicious mix of candies and chocolates to decorate their own pizzas. No pizza is complete without cheese so drizzle some white chocolate on top to finish it off!

Learn a simple yet delicious recipe for truffles, roll your own and top them off with items such as cocoa powder, cayenne and more! We use a delicious and creamy Belgium chocolate. Candy-makers will lead the way and even offer suggestions on how to step up your truffle game such as making them boozy!

Our company is known for their delicious homemade marshmallows. Learn to make this delicious confection and take the recipe to make later. Enjoy a fun cocktail demo and a delicious drink during the class. Perfect for a girl's night out, date night or any fun evening.

A Sweet Pete's chocolatier will teach you the art of tempering chocolate. Each participant will receive a Granny Smith apple coated in our homemade caramel. You will visit the candy floor to choose all of the toppings for your apple. Dip and top your apple to take home.

Celebrate the Day of the Dead by making a sugar skull and imbibing on cocktails. Each participant will take make, decorate and take home one Sugar Skull and enjoy two cocktails. We will teach you to make the sugar skull and guide you on decorating the skull. We provide fun supplies and icings to decorate. Choose from a shot of Tequila, Margarita, Sangria, draft beer or Halloween/Fall sodas. The sugar skulls are not edible after they harden.

Our experienced confectioner will teach the art of hand tempering chocolate. Each guest will visit our candy shop to choose from hundreds of candy to fill their pumpkin. Learn the art of shell molding and Shell mold a chocolate pumpkin, fill it with your chosen candies and seal it shut with chocolate. Take home your pumpkin and a wooden hammer to bust open your chocolate pumpkin. All pumpkins are made with creamy Belgium milk chocolate.
