Same Day – Abhaneri | Monkey Temple | Bhangarh Fort from Jaipur


Participants can visit one of the India’s most Haunted place Bhangarh & Abhaneri which is famous for Chand Baori Step Well. We will first bring you to Monkey Temple. Monkey Temple is a part of a group of temples known as Galtaji. Galtaji a cluster of temples and kunds (water tanks) located in the town of Khaniya-Balaji, near Jaipur. It is called the Monkey Temple because large tribes of monkeys have made it their home. After Monkey Temple drive to Abhaneri which is distance of 2 hours from Jaipur. The major attraction of Abhaneri is the Chand Baori. The massive stepwell built to conserve rainwater is 20 m deep with 13 levels, is considered deepest and largest stepwell in India. Later drive to Bhangarh which is distance of Trespassing near Bhangarh is legally prohibited between sunset and sunrise. According to locals, spirits enter the place after sunset and thus nobody is allowed to enter the borders of Bhangarh during this time.
