Stop at many of the incredible, jaw-dropping views of Blyde, which extends over 13 miles (20 kilometers). Take some short, easy hikes along the trails and precipices. Panoramic Tour
The Panorama Route tour travels via the spectacular scenery of Kowyn’s Pass to Graskop the southernmost point of the Blyde River Canyon. Gorge Lift, which descends 51m to the bottom of the gorge in a glass-fronted elevator. Enjoy an interpretative tour through the indigenous forest along the wooden walkways and suspension bridges with interactive exhibits.
Face your fear during the tour and add the Zipline or Big Swing Please note that adding this activity might reduce the number of sites visited due to timing.
Drive along the edge of the escarpment which plunges down 1,000m and more to the Lowveld. Making for magnificent viewpoints including God’s Window. Numerous waterfalls tumble down the mountains, and we visit the beautiful Lisbon Falls. Blyde River Canyon, where the views at Three Rondavels and Lowveld View will impress you. We stop to admire the geological wonders of the water-sculpted pits at Bourke’s Luck Potholes at the confluence of the Treur and the Blyde River.
Full-Day Panorama and Blyde River Canyon Guided Tour from Nelspruit
During this tour you will visit the Small Drakensberg range viewing God’s window, Lisbon falls, Bourke’s Luck potholes as well as the Blyde river canyon. You will stop at all these sites where you will get time to take in and enjoy natures beauty about 40 minutes at each stop.
During this busy day you'll stop at Harrie’s pancakes for a delicious and very needed lunch on the way back from the canyon. Continue with the tour, making your way back home, to Nelspruit in the late afternoon.

Full-Day Panorama Route Tour from Hazyview
The Panorama Tour visits well known sites in an air-conditioned vehicle with a qualified guide who has good knowledge of the area. Spectacular views of the Blyde River Canyon, and out over the endless Lowveld beyond will not disappoint. Guests are taken along the edge of the escarpment to look out points offering magnificent views, including God’s Window, Wonderview and the Three Rondawels. Along the route guests visit the famous Bourke’s Luck Potholes – deep cylindrical cavities formed by thousands of years of water erosion at the confluence of the Blyde and Treur Rivers.
At lunchtime the tour will stop in Graskop for guests to enjoy lunch at a restaurant, and, if time permits, browse the many curio stalls and shops in this little village. South of Graskop, where the Sabie River rises there are many beautiful waterfalls which we will visit whilst making our way back to Hazyview.
